Check out what’s new in the garden!  Clever little cloche protecting our darling tomato seedlings from Yea’s late frosts!

Producers & Suppliers

This is a dangerous exercise, trying to list all those who provide us with their goodies!  If we have left out anyone, please email us and give us a loving nudge!  It was a rewarding realisation of just how many locals are represented here.  Leaving the smallest footprint possible is important to us, in our purchasing as well as in our own gardening/preserving/cooking practices.

Mansfield Coffee Merchants These guys are the bomb!  They have patiently tolerated our taste testing and consultation with our customers, and delivered us our own MannaFest blend. Visit website
WildCrust Sourdough Bread Lyn not only makes superb bread, but has workshops so that you can make it too! Visit website
Cathedral Honey These folk used to make beautiful pottery (Taggerty Pottery) but are now solely devoted to their bees.  A range of varieties.
Tom’s Paddock Eggs Local bloke in Glenburn committed to sustainable eggriculture (!) practices!
Tease Teas We offer 8 teas from these wonderful people!  And sell some little taster packs too.  Nothing better than a good cuppa, made in a pot with real leaves, served on a tray with a china cup and saucer, little milk jug and another pot of hot water.  The only thing to do is to decide who will be Mum and pour!
Calmer Sutra Chai A favourite drink of staff and customers alike.  We’ve played with it, making our own delicious combos such as Chocco Chai and the Honey Bee!
Boonabaroo Olive Oil John and Merran not only produce this zesty olive oil, they deliver it and……… even better…… take away the containers and reuse them, rather than leave them for us to dispose of!  We love that! Visit webite
Settlers Cottage Jams, Sauces & Toppings – This local lady has become even more local by moving from Kinglake to Yea!  Deliciously decadent toppings and tangy sauces, as well as the traditional jams.
Zanni’s Bulk Foods Awesome local lady who is passionate about the Yea Community Garden and has social enterprises on the go! She sources Australian suppliers and organic too where possible, for us to use in our kitchen and you to use in yours!!! And of course, the ethical Who gives A Crap toilet paper comes via her!
Mansfield Hospitality  Olivia and team have been wonderful in sourcing compostable cups and lids for us in the early days, and this has extended to our napkins, take home containers etc where possible.  Our code word for “environmentally sound, sustainably sourced, made from recycled products, etc is “wholemeal”! Visit webite
The Real Milkshake Co  The latest addition to our cold drinks section.  Oh my!  Get a taste of these funky flavours in addition to the more traditional ones:- Lime and Coconut, Cookies and Cream, Chai Spice.

A little about us

Here at MannaFest we care ….. about people and about our world. (Did we leave out anything?!)
And we enjoy sharing these passions with you, our friends and customers. Where possible, we use everything we grow in our extensive home garden.
Fresh is best, of course, and then there is freezing, bottling, drying, jamming, saucing, jellying, pasting, pulping etc.
